    Default Iwasaki Tamahagane

This is a mint condition Iwasaki Tamahagane 11/16. It pretty much speaks for itself but feel free to ask any questions. I can take more pictures if needed as well. It hasn't been honed in a while, so I'm not calling it shave ready. If you do not hone and want it shave ready just let me know.

    Price: $700
Shipping: Free with insurance, USPS flat rate

I can ask someone that might know. I think mainaman knows his iwasaki's. It's basically the batch and number of the individual razor. I'll let you know if I figure it out.

the kanji are batch number: 1398 .4 meaning the fourth blade in the batch. Usually they did batches of 10.
The rest of the kanji means "Tamahagane"
