Thread: 6/8ths Charlie Lewis Damascus

Good day gentlemen, up for sale is a Charlie Lewis beauty that I bought at SRD maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Blade is a big smiley 6/8ths, maybe 1/4 hollow. An awesome Damascus pattern with black and red Micarta (I think) scales. Textured tang and of course the pins are firm and the blade is centered. It's still in very close to new condition. The edges of the spine are a little more polished now from the strop but I always used one layer of electrical tape when honing so as not to damage them. I would say it is 7/10 on the shave readiness scale, not because it's bad, (shaved with it this morning to make sure!) but because I know that the standards of the SRP crowd are high and I wouldn't want to exaggerate. I could hone it for the new owner if they would like.

Anyway, enough talk. I paid $750, I'm asking $600 now. Have some pics to whet your appetite. I added the stock photo from when I bought it because frankly I can't take pictures that nice. I can provide other photos if necessary. Comes with the original box too.

I can't even believe I'm going to let this go by, but it's just the worst possible timing. I've been dying for one of Charlie's pieces for over 2 years now.
