Default 5/8 Geo. Wostenholm - Perrless

Manufactured 1847-1991. Back of blade almost straight with square point and double shoulder. Blade measures approximately 2 15/16 x ⅝. On blade in fancy border “PEERLESS”. On one side of shank “GEO. WOSTENHOLM & SON - SHEFFIELD, ENGLAND”, on other side “TRADE MARK - PIPE LOGO - REGD DEC. 1694”. Jimp’s top and bottom of shank. Blade cleaned, polished and honed shave ready. Very light staining on both sides of blade. Very little hone wear. 3 pin French Ivory celluloid scales cleaned and polished. Original pins tight.

Light coat of oil for protection on blade. Please look at photos as they are best description.

Honing: One layer of electrical tape on spine. Bevel set on 600 grit diamond hone. Then 6000 water stone and finished on 12,000 oil stone, then glass plate. Then stropped on canvas with diamond paste and then leather and disinfected. A $18.00 VALUE FREE

I personally test shave each razor before final disinfection. Shave ready is different to each person. Factors like light or coarse beard or beard length come into play. I have a heavy beard and test shave every razor on a two day growth. If razor gives a close comfortable shave I call it shave ready. If it does not shave right I re-hone the razor.

    Payment due in three days.

U.S. SALES ONLY! Free USPS First Class shipping. If you want to buy the razor PM with shipping address, email and phone. I will PM back with PayPal email address. Will ship when payment received. Will email you tracking number, and my phone number.

    Thank you.

    $30.00

Forgive my ignorance.. But I notice most sales in here state US sale only, any particular reasoning for this? I ask because I am in Canada and I've seen a some razors I am interested in but they all seem to be US sales only.

While I have yet to sell anything here at the BST I believe that the reason for US sales is because of shipping costs.

I'm sure that if you find something that catches your fancy you could contact the seller via PM and ask if they will ship for the cost of sending to the the Great White North.
