Thread: Aos 5/8 Grenadille (Dovo) razor set, stunning modular paddle strop and brush.

A lovely AoS Grenadille a 5/8 high carbon steel round point blade, in darkwood scales, laser etched blade with engraved spine with a gold wash, original (Dovo case, as this is a rebranded Dovo) and a lovely brass wedge/spacer to finish off the stylish look
The razor has been honed by myself and I consider this to be shave ready.

Razor is in lovely condition, a slight water mark on the reverse side which just shows up on the photo. All in all a stunning top quality shave set
I test shave any all razors I list as shave ready and sell them when I am happy they shave.

Stropped on linen and leather, sanitised in barbicide so its ready to use when you get it

The strop is a modular leather paddle, extra/different types of leather are available to buy still from 'The Invisible Edge'
The strop is the supex 77 a large double sided sprung paddle strop pannels are held in with magnets so quick and easy to change.
The leather panels I have are but untreated (ie no compounds or sprays added) one side is a slightly faster draw (razor runs easier when stropped) than the other side, There are NO nics or cuts in this strop its like new.

The custom badger shave brush, with pearlized acrylic handle and a golden knib 2 band finest knot is also with the listing its brand new never used, was made for me. and cost £70
Its got a short loft so will have plenty of backbone (ie not a floppy brush!!)
