The blade measures 20.0mm which makes it between 6/8 and 13/16 in size.
I don't really know much about the maker accept that they are French.
Scales look to be original.
Would make a good starter razor for someone just starting out.
Overall the razor is in great condition.
The price is $55 which includes standard international postage to anywhere. If you want tracking it's an extra $9. Unfortunately Australia Post seem to think that tracking is a premium option.
