Thread: Bengall Cast Steel 6/8" Razor, Roughly 1/4 Hollow

Good condition Bengall 6/8" cast steel Sheffield razor, not quite a full wedge and probably about 1/4 hollow, this is very old and probably mid 1800's, there are a few water spots and hone wear, horn scales are good but care needed when closing, HR is scratched into the scales. Honed, tested and shave ready and I used 2 layers of tape and it honed very easily.

I think that kind of thing is cool, I had one with 1860 scratched in like that. It gives it some history
