Thread: 13/16" Vintage Joseph Elliot 'Silver Steel' Project Razor - Notched, Inlayed Scale

Here for sale is an old (1800's) Joseph Elliot 'Silver Steel' Razor in overall good condition. The face scale is in need of repair but features multiple detailed metal inlays. I had hoped to make this repair myself but am no longer in a position to do so.

The approx. 13/16" blade is beautiful and unique in shape with a heavily notched point and tang. It is undamaged beyond the usual age marks and historic rust. No active rust remains and the overall aesthetic is pleasingly uniform. Re-set in repaired scales this would be an incredible vintage piece.

The blade is of course un-honed.

The razor comes with a Heiffor's coffin case in great condition that I have sealed with a PVA wash to preserve it.
