Iwasaki tamahagane western
I've owned a lot of iwasaki razors over the years. I still do.
I have some that are doubles and would like to sell this one in order to fund my search for other models I dont have.
Razor is from my personal collection.
It's a second generation tamahagane western razor made by Shigeioshi Iwasaki and finished by Tanifuji Fukutaro.
BLADE:
@21 mm wide medium hard temper.
No rust spots or pitting.
Was never unpined.
Hand polished
Geometry is fine with even bevels and minimum honeware.
Hamon is visible in certain angles.
SCALES:
Original bakelite scales.
Free of cracks and scratches.
Stable with no oxidation.
PINS:
Original iron pins.
Never unpined.
Tight and blade closes dead center.
BOX:
Not original, black generic coffin storage box and silica included free of charge.
Asking 1250$ shipped worldwide EMS tracked.
