Thread: Ringdove Solingen 11/16 Shoulderless French Point

A shoulderless Ringdove with a French point made in Solingen that's 0.71 inches wide, (a bit wider than 11/16 but not quite 6/8). Jimps top and bottom, with the gold wash intact. Scales are the originals with no sign of deterioration. The blade face has a frosted effect as well as the gold wash. Can't really say much more about this one except it's a looker and a rotation shaver for sure. I didn't have to do much to get this one back to pleasing appearance and edge. Recently keened up and test shaved - it still shaves well - then Barbisol and a good wipe down. Those little honing scratches on the backside of the blade in the photo are not on the edge and may be gone now after I keened it up - more likely just my crappy photography.

Asking $97 which includes shipping/tracking/insurance to the US and Canada. Anyplace else please PM me first to see if I'll ship there and if you're willing to take the risk - I've had a few blades go missing in transit to Europe and SE Asia so I won't take the risk for those locations anymore. If you're willing then maybe we can work something out.

Edit: Someone asked if the tang was blued - the answer is no, it just appears that way in 3 of the photos.

Seems I missed the mark on asking price for this. Price now reduced to $77 for a week then it's off to the bay for this one.
