Thiers Issard straight razor - shave ready
The blade measures 18.4mm which makes it in between 11/16 and 6/8 in size (blade is stamped 5/8).
Jimps on the bottom of the tang for a good grip with wet hands.
The scales are original with makers branding.
The steel does have a little age discoloration but there is virtually no hone wear on this razor. The spine still has very crisp edges.
It is quite a hollow grind, looks to be 2/3 hollow.
The razor was honed on a progression of Shapton Ceramic Pro stones (1k, 2k, 5k, 8k and 12k).
The price is $66 which includes standard international postage. If you want tracking, unfortunately it's $8.55 extra. Unfortunately Australia Post treat tracking as a premium option.

Excellent price for a Thiers-Issard razor. Oh my, what a beauty.
Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance.
