JA Henckles Friodur 72 - 6/8+ in awesome shape (with box)
Many times I have said that Friodurs are the only Inox razor in my top 5. I mean you’ve already hear me saying these razors are the absolute best value between easy to hone, the absolute wicked edge they can get to with a small time in the hones, super low requirements of maintenance, awesome looking, and durable!!!! This full hollow grind blade is almost 13/16 (but you will get the price of 6/8 as listed) with a very nice weight and balance! counting that hone wear is almost null (barely factory hone wear), the great shape it's in and that it comes with box, this it's going for a really good price!
You guys already know the name very well, and know the reputation of this amazing shavers… but if this will be your first Friodur… be careful… you will also love it, and want more!
It comes shave ready (for my taste; that means, my beard, skin, shaving technique etc…), but maybe some more stropping is required for your taste. Honed on progression of Naniwas up to 12k and finished in SG20K. After honed and tested, the razor has been cleaned, disinfected and safely packed for the travel.
Shipping (to be covered by the buyer) to almost any country using EMS for expedite delivery (about 10 business days from shipping date to deliver at your country customs office) for only $15 to the US (ask me for other countries). Note: If you prefer, I can ship it for free without tracking number under buyer’s responsibility on F&F payments.
Shipping within 3 business days after payment. PayPal payment is expected within 24 hours after commit to buy the razor in this thread. *Always happy to help grouping razors to reduce individual shipping costs.*
Price: $109

Best thing for you to do is GRAB it, Jerry! These are the bomb!
I already have one with custom scales from a friend.
Mine is a square-point...472?
Must be the worked-spine is the difference.
Hell...I still may buy it! Too cheap!Last edited by sharptonn; 07-19-2018 at 02:52 AM.

I wish I had the money. Always wanted one of those as they seem to have a die-hard group of fans.
Getting ready to sell some of my blades this week, though I doubt it will be available still at that price.
Who ever gets it I'm sure will be stoked!

Thanked: 292It is a nice looking blade. My problem is that I hate to get started on a new manufacturer as I tend to purchase razors in pairs: a 6/8" and a 7/8". Thus, if I purchased this one, I would have to go out and find a 7/8" and I really don't need another pair of razors right now.
I have a Boker 6/8 silver steel extra hollow and hope to acquire one of the new 7/8" Boker limited edition models like the Count Englebert, but the price is is more than I normally spend, so I have to save up. Thus, I will have to pass on Gabes beautiful restoration.
