Sanssouci Solingen 6/8
Vintage Solingen made Sanssouci 6/8 carbon steel razor with a slight French/Irish point in very good condition. Full-hollow grind with single shoulder. Scales are tight and blade closes centered. Thin and even bevel. Top of spine sports 4 dimples.
The goldwash on the tang wears poorly given I haven’t shaved with this blade more than a dozen times since purchasing NOS. Perfect blade for a beginner starting out on a budget.
Honed up on a Naniwa SS 3-5-8-10-12 progression after Chosera 1k bevel set. Finished on the super smooth Suehiro Gokumyo 20k. A few passes on a CeOx board strop then final stropping completed on an SRD Premium #1.
Asking $50 plus shipping.

A beginner needs to jump on this!
If you are a beginner this would make an excellent first razor being its a round point and it would be very hard to find a better razor for the price. I had a Sanssouci a while back, not near as nice as this one but can tell you they are mighty fine shavers. If I didn't already have too many razors I'd buy this one because I kinda wish I had my old one back......"If You Knew Half of What I Forgot You Would Be An Idiot" - by DoughBoy68

I had a feeling it was like that, but for the price its a great one to snag up! Vintage or not. Its far from a RSO!
