Gentlemen,
The shank on this 6/8 hollow razor reads H. Hessenbruch Co. PHILA. PA. I don't know much about it, except it's one of the thousands of razors made in the U.S. way back. Many of these unassuming razors used the great American steel and dressed in American workmanship. This is a good starter razor. It's nothing fancy, but it will do the job. It is a good shaver, and is shave ready. The price includes U.S. shipping. ($30)
