Thread: JA Henckels Friodur 472 Worked spine (6/8+) - Nice!

One of my favorite razor's brand/type. A great example of a Friodur 472, with a beautiful worked spine. Believe me, either you are an experienced user or a beginner, this is an amazing razor to be your first or to add to your collection and keep it there forever!

Full hollow grind, this blade is somewhere between 6/8 (and very low honewear)... very nice weight and balance! These razors are INOX, and can take a super wicked edge with almost no effort on the hones... awesome for any beginner or any advanced that wants a razor for everyday use... they do hold the edge and the maintenance is way less taxing being Inox. This one is in just a great shape, check the pics!

It comes shave ready (for my taste; that means, my beard, skin, shaving technique etc…), but maybe some more stropping is required for your taste. Honed on progression of Naniwas up to 12k and finished in SG20K. After honed and tested, the razor has been cleaned, disinfected. Then it will be safely packed for the travel.
