Thanked: 98Complete New Shave Set: Boker 5/8
A complete and total shave package! perfect for the beginner or yourself. Pieced this set together for a friend who wanted to get into proper shaving and they went a more bearded direction. All items in this set are completely new and unused. Looking for $220 US plus shipping for the whole set. Shipping to be calculated based on the buyer's location. Will ship in any manner the buyer wants. EU customers obviously have cheaper options. US customers please note that shipping is expensive currently (I do have a less expensive but slower option available and can message those details upon request). Payment by PayPal.
Razor is a 5/8+ Boker Waldorf All 24k gold. New and unused I only took it out of the paper for the first time to take photos. My experience is that every new Boker I've had is shave-ready, I am not shaving with this one to keep it totally mint.
Strop is a Boker leather strop with linen back. Didn't take time before writing to measure but will edit with details shortly.
The brush is an HJM pure badger hair.
The bowl is a hand made one I came across at a small shop. Really cool design and well made, I picked up several and use one fairly regularly when I travel especially. Made from a local hardwood this shallow bowl is perfect for building a quick pile of pillowy lather.
Soap is a puck of Harris Arlington
Any questions ask cause they are always free.
Thanks for looking and more importantly for buying! RAD on gentlemen!

That bowl is very interesting. GLWS.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Also thinking along similar lines, Jerry...except that it's certainly NOT a bowl but looks extremely effective at whipping up lather.

Thanked: 98Yes I could not think of a better term than bowl. Though shave plate is a thought.

Looks more like a wood coaster for a glass to catch drips. But i do really like the idea.

Well, Theoman, the fact I would use the very same term for that "wood lather plate" is beside the point.
Man, you're taking most of the fun out of my lil' joke...
Any closer to incrementing your retirement level? I have a feeling you must be one of those folks who finds idling troublesome.
