Default Carbon steel blade with hamon

This is an excellent shaver. The steel is XC130 (1.3 % carbon) and it was heat treated with a clay coating and etched after final polishing to bring out the hamon.
The scales are Juma Ivory snake.

425 USD, insured shipping included in the price.

Gee Bruno, you've really got that collarless pinning under control. That technique is so hard. Did you anneal the nickel rod first?

It's brass. No I don't do anything special with it. I use it in the state I get it.

I am very appreciative of all the knowledge and sharing each and everyone has provided me with. Look forward to future endeavors with many of you.
