Nice customized Burrell Top Flight razor, Cmon Badger brush, and NOS paring knife!
Some nice items from Ellicottville, New York from the 40's/50's When Burrell and Monkhouse partnered-up in the same building.
Razor has been relieved of it's bland yellow scales and rescaled in some cool barber-striped solid and stable scales using AjKenne's silver collars. The factory blue on the tang is great and the stamps have been done in silver.
I feel unused as I acquired it. I have honed it and shaved it a few times. Remarkable blade. Will arrive stropped and ready to perform.
The CMon and Top Flights which emerged from this partnership are without a doubt some of the thinnest, finest grinds ever done in the U.S.. Awesome razors!
The Ellicottville CMon brush handle is NOS, heavily coated with red lacquer and clear. It has had it's boar knot removed and properly re-knotted with a 22mm Maggard's 2-band. All-New!
Finally, the bonus Burrell paring knife is unused and pretty darn sharp in it's own right!
