Default Robert Williams / Snailforge cooperation

2 years ago I visited Robert Williams for a couple of days. In between conversation and watching the Big Lebowski, we spent most time in his shop. I made a razor blank, and from there, every step along the way was basically the topic of a discussion about how we normally worked, and Robert showed me some cool techniques.

This razor was the result of that. It's the only razor out there on which we both worked. I do want to stress that while this is a fully functional razor, the overall polish is functional, rather than 'show'. We didn't spend a ton of time handsanding etc. It also doesn't have a makers mark. It's a good razor though. 7/8, I think the handle is G10, and the pivot is a thumbscrew that can be tightened or loosened as needed.

I'm selling this because I haven't used this in quite a while and I don't have a habit of hanging on to razors.
I don't have a set price in mind, only that it shouldn't go dirt cheap. So bidding starts at 100 USD plus shipping.

Tomorrow evening. Usually all bidding happens in a brief time and there is no reason to drag it out.

This would seem to be a contradiction... although I like the idea of wrapping up in a couple of days vs 7. Also the 24 hour delay before calling the close could make things run on quite a bit.

"4. An auction runs for 7 days minimum, with a minimum of 24 hours from the last bid to calling the close of the auction. This is to allow people to bid from different timezones without having to sit at the computer at 3 am. We are still a gentleman’s site after all. If you want sniping or last second bids, go to ebay."

Fair point. I didn't even think of that. Which is strange because I wrote that rule
So let's say by the end of this evening plus 24 hours since the last bid. Because time zone difference etc.

Very well, the auction now goes into the '24 hour since previous bid' phase, as per the rules. If no more bids are forthcoming in the next 24 hours, the auction closes. Should another bid be made, the auction will run another 24 hours with each successive bid.
