    Default 13/16 Prior Solingen “Romo”

    For your consideration a minty 13/16 full hollow made by Prior solingen for M.
    Mogal NY from my personal collection.

    This is a beautiful example of Solingen craftsmanship. The grind is extra hollow and emits a ring when plucked. Bevel is clean, thin and even and there is no visible hone wear.

    Scales are a beautiful butterscotch with silver inlay and blade sitting tight and centred.

    An excellent smooth shaver.

    Honed and shave-ready, disinfected and lightly oiled.

    Comes with original box.

    I bought it NOS. Not sure when it is made, but I would estimate 50’s to 60’s by Prior Solingen. The ROMO brand name is house brand used by Mitchell Mogal INC, which is still in operation in NY.
