Thread: Louper Solingen 5/8 Sheffield Steel

For your consideration, a gently restored Louper Solingen razor in 5/8 full hollow grind. Blade is stamped Louper Cabinet 201 and is made with Kayser Ellison Sheffield Steel.

A nimble smooth shaver with a round point that would make a good choice for a beginner. Blade has some traces of oxidation, bevel is clean small and uniform and there is no visible hone wear.

Shave-ready (coticule honed), shave tested, barbicide disinfected and lightly oiled in mineral oil.

Don’t have the original box, but I will mail it in a solingen box that will protect during shipping, box has some damage this I will tape closed.
