Thread: 7/8 Requier French Frameback with Pradier Paddle strop

Here is a lovely set, a French frameback by Requier in 7/8 at its widest point.

Shave-ready, a superb and silent shaver in very good condition for its age. There is some hone-wear on the spine, bevel is even and clean. Blade is centred and tight on what appears to be horn scales.

Comes with a beautifully crafted strop and razor case made by Pradier. Leather has been gently restored with one side pasted with chromium oxide. The quality of the wood and the sculpt on the handle is superbe.

Disinfected in barbicide and lightly coated in mineral oil.
