Thread: PAIR of 13/16" James Johnson ‘Cast Steel’ Sheffield wedges - Unique Scales!

Another pair for sale are these two large, 1830’s-ish James Johnson ‘Cast Steel’ Sheffield wedges with 13/16” wide blades and unique coffin shaped wedges/scale ends. This pair was tidied up and honed by forum member Zak (Voidmonster).

The edges, while likely still shave ready, may need a refresh as I have not used them for quite a while (they are of course clean, disinfected and have been stored carefully a coating of renaissance wax).

Asking price for BOTH razors is $260.00 USD. This INCLUDES tracked international courier from New Zealand (where I am located) which is approximately $50 USD in value.

Standard shipping is available, but it is not tracked and takes 7-21 working days on average to the USA (for example) so probably a lot longer now due to Coronavirus. I would be very reluctant to send these razors without tracking and would accept no liability if they were lost in transit, so I would not recommend that.
