Thread: New scales

The scales on my new (2 month old) Dovo razor have cracked through the blade rivet. Any recommendation as to who offers a service to get the blade rescaled?

Look under the Classifieds on here, then under members services, bunch of great guys can re-scale your razor.

Might be worth a try... If you bought them new 2months again, the vendor may exchange them for a new razor(?!).

If the scales cracked at the pivot it may be due to your stropping technique. Doubful working a warranty. If you have
one of our members do your rescale you may want to discuss a bit sturdier scale material. If you are an experienced stropper feel free to ignore everything I said. We do have some fantastic craftsmen here with most listed in members services.
