Beginner seeking advice on a brand/brands
Hello everyone, I have been reading all over the forums and researching for a week or so now, and I noticed the community seems very polite and helpful to new members looking to educate theirselves on straight razors. I am trying to decide on a razor I can learn with, but I want to start off with something nice that will still be a go to razor even when I gain experience. I have my eye on a Hart Steel 6/8 quarter-hallow, it says that it is shave ready right out of the box, and I was hoping to run into someone that would be able to verify that, and the quality of this razor, or even recommend any other razors. I am willing to pay at most, around $350.
Here is a link to the razor I mentioned above. Hart Steel 6/8, Polished Finish, Square Point Straight Razor
Thank you for taking the time to read this and I am excited to begin a new hobby.

Thanked: 3225Just a quick question, do you have the bare basic support necessities of a good strop, good brush and a good shave soap already? Just to be clear on what your start point is. If you don't then with your razor budget you could get nicely set up with all new equipment including a very good razor although not a Hart.
