Thread: Just Bought at Auction

My wife and I often go to a local auction - usually we just go for the viewing and leave bids - we don't usually go the night of the auction which is Saturday. This weekend we left a bid and dropped in today to check what we might have one. One of the items we left a bid on was a small box of junk jewelry that included a button hook (which is why my wife left a bid on it) and a straight razor (see image).

We won the box for the $15.00 bid my wife left.

She got the button hook - I got the razor.

The edge has a chip near the toe and there is rust scaling here and there on the blade.

The almost brand new looking box states:
