Ed, the photo does not show much. If the razor is in good shape overall, then you have made a good buy and have a quality razor to enjoy.

Ed, it does not look too bad, although a professional restorer will be more qualified to determine. Perhaps they will join the conversation. I just hone razors and not restore. Anyway, if you can, send it to a fine restorer.
