    Default Hart Steel

    Hi,

I am interested in a Hart Steel straight razor. Does anyone have any experience with them?

    Thank you!

    They are good shavers.

A lot of members have and enjoy Hart Steel razors very much. They are a serious no frills straight razor. Depending on where you source the razor it may or may not require honing in order to be brought up to speed.

I have not yet bought one myself although I would like to. I have honed a good number of them and as of yet to be disappointed. American craftsman ship is alive and well.

Thank you! I was about to order one. I am also considering the SRP model if they are still being made. Once again, thanks for the response.

I only have one Hart but it is a great shaver once properly honed. Get one for sure. You'll like the big blade.

Hart is good IME. Get one of those now and get on the list for the SRP limited edition. Just send Robert (Papa Bull) a PM and you won't have to pay until your number comes up.

    Thanks!
I will do that. Will order the Hart and the SRP. I am working until late today but later I will post a picture of my stainless steel blade Dovo. It has been my only razor since 2006.
