99.9% will go thru no prob,but in my country it is a federal offense,not worth the possible problems.

Sorry to say but our custom works in mysterious ways, they might well want some paperwork as proof when it was made and it's all up to them what kind of proof they accept.
Other than that you are right, within EU there shouldn't be any problem with the selling of old razors in ivory... there shouldn't!
