It looks pretty good! I see a spot of pitting, cannot do anything about it IMO, too thin a blade. I still see a slight frown. Get it to someone who can fix that and hone it.
    Shave away!

It that is a frown (and not some camera distortion) and it does look like it is, then is this still possible that this is a NOS razor?

That's probably why I'm not on a collector's forum! Straight razors were made to shave with and by jove some of them do one heck of a good job at that!!

Oh well. Not an NOS. Live n learn. Fortunately, I have a great sharpener in town to fix this.
Still happy to have a pretty specimen.

You know why it's called a Wonderedge? Cause it's wonder you paid so much for it.

I would never buy something like that for display. Use it.

Here are some photos. First time taking shots of a razor.
I noticed some pitting that was not evident in the seller photos. It's not as pristine as I thought...
There is hone wear as well on the spine...MODERATE though it might be... AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A SLIGHT FROWN??? I would say 'mint'...but definitely not 'NOS' which unless I am mistaken means: "NEW OLD STOCK".

Nevertheless it is a real Beauty, and it should be used. They are simply wonderful shavers and should be enjoyed tactilely as well as visually.

While I now hone my own and for others, I Highly Recommend that you send it to a Pro to have it examined and the frown removed and then properly honed! I have a favorite, PM me if you would like a recommendation!

Once you know what it 'should' shave like, you will have a reference for the future!
