Just a late night query about identifying if there is a problem at all with a blade I've recently come across. I'm hoping it's nearly aesthetic but I'm not wise enough yet, and thought I'd defer to the pros

There aren't any chips or the sort and the bevel seems fine, it just seems...off? It looks almost akin to ...water damage or something. Haha. Thoughts?
