I believe that Le Grelot 363 is the same as my Le Grelot "Double Evide Sonnant" (also marked 363). Either way, I get incredible BBS's from it; as far as my Frenchies go, it's tied with my TI Le Grelot 1/4 grind, and shaves much better than the TI Grelot 3/4 to 1/1.

A forum mate in Italy had the rame issue with a TI.
For over a mont he was calling it ... the crocodile.
    Solution: VERY light hand.
On honing. On stropping. On shaving.
Now he loves his new razor.

Try less angle than a wedge... Hollows do take time to get used to, but man once you get it dialed in, a wedge seems like a lawn mower blade in comparison.

Shaved with it last night. After the bleeding stopped, I decided it was time to let her go. Wedges with barbers notches are more for me. I guess I'll be posting it up for sale or trade later in the week. I just want to thank everyone for trying to help. If I didn't have so much in it I would just keep it to admire. But that would be too much of a waste of what I know would be an awesome razor for someone else. Thanks again to everyone. Happy shaving.

Hang on to it for awhile, as mentioned earlier...my W&B wedge is out for honing, it's the opposite for me, I'm used to hollow's and gave myself the first significant cut using that war hammer wedge '-)!

Even though the razor said shave ready, and it did easily take off arm hair, I'm wondering if it needed honing. When I get it back, I'll give it another go, and if it lowers my hemoglobin count again, maybe we can arrange a trade.
