Hey guys just got some razors from my wifes side of the family which I think is her great granddads. Anyway, I would really like to shave with them but am not experienced enough to know if this one is repairable or if it would require too much metal to be taken off to be worth it?

Also, anyone heard of this...I can only make out "Sam....Hill" with letters before and after each? I also have a "Palm" razor which I can't seem to find any information on either.
