    Default E-Bay Took My Mojo

Darn...really nice DD Goldedge, found it with 8 hours left....$50!!!!

Used the auto-bid for up to $60, and got smoked in the last 3 seconds!!

That hurt - feel sad, humiliated, and upset that I didn't get a new toy! '-)

That's the way of the bay. I often find that. I believe that people have some kind of sniper programs that do that. I usually don't bid until the very last. If you bid in advance at what you think is a reasonable amount it will always sell for more.

It's tough when that happens, getting sniped at the last moment.
We've all been there, and one day another DD Goldedge will come up
at the right price and you will out-snipe the sniper !!

Put a watch on the item, eBay will tell you 10 mins before the auction ends, I bid on an item 10 seconds before the end, got out bid with 3 seconds to go, didn't manage to rebid.
Don't worry about it, it probably had cell rot, a pitted edge, cracks you couldn't see and a frown.

Thanks guys...yes, for some reason woke up really early, made a coffee and thought I'd check the Bay...thought it was destiny!

But, turns out my destiny was a different path! The DD was really nice, I almost expected it to be de-listed at the last moment!

Oh well, one day we'll all find the DD Lifetime Grim Reaper, in NOS condition, shipped for free, shave ready, for under $100!!

But in my case, my credit card would probably be refused!!

    Cheers!

That'll learn you. Knowing your luck the trial will run for about 3 years.

Hmmmmm, then you'd end up in court yourself for corruption, that would just be the icing on the cake
