In the world we live in today, we all know that if something is too good to be true than it probably isn't true! You see all over the place replica watches, purses, clothing and really anything that is expensive and can be falsely replicated. I have searched on SRP and see a few threads with members asking if their particular razor is counterfeit and posting a picture of it. As with other counterfiet items in the world today, they are all typically high end, high dollar items. With straight razors, I would think that this would hold true, that someone obviously would not replicate a Gold Dollar razor, rather a 9/8 W&B which would pull a high dollar amount. So are their known cases or companies or individuals that are known (and hopefully blacklisted) in the shaving world for producing high end counterfeit razors?
