Default For Those Asking Me About the Cigar Box that is Just Right for Razors

I have gotten e-mails and PM's asking me about the cigar box razor storage solution I recently stumbled onto, and started a thread on here:http://straightrazorpalace.com/misce...rage-case.html

Anyway, I just found this link to JR Cigars, in which they have the Mayorga Crystal Rounds box that I described in the other post at 50% off MSRP, or $52. If you're a cigar smoker, this might be a good way to get some sticks and a nifty razor box in the same deal.

MAYORGA CRYSTAL ROUNDS (Glass Tubed) CIGAR: JRCigars.com

Mods-I hope this link isn't a problem. It's not for anything directly shaving related that would be competition for our vendors.

I hope some find this helpful. Aaron

Leave cigar boxes open in a low humidity area for a couple weeks before storing razors in them. The wood will have some moisture in it.
One time, in band camp, I shaved with a Gold Dollar razor.

How about a cedar lined humidor ? Of course I would remove the humidifying unit first. Fo you think it would work?
