We don't allow appraisals of value on SRP. Your best bet is a search for that brand in ebay completed items. You ain't gonna get rich on that one.

can't give you a value as it is not allowed. You might get some information on the manufacturer on "Strazors.com"
    Good luck

If you want to know the value, I suggest crowdsourcing. Put it on ebay and the public will tell you what they think it is worth.

    "WM. ELLIOT & CO.

ca. 1880-1907; in 1907, the firm was taken over by Adolph Strauss & Co., who continued using "Wm. Elliot & Co." as a trademark."
