    Default Acquired another razor

I acquired this one today and was wondering if anyone is familiar with the brand?
It's a Kukri by EMDE Brothers Solingen Germany 1925-1928.
I love the scroll on the spine which is what interested me most in it as I don't have a razor like that.
I am sure it will be a good shaver.

Nice score! Love the scales on it and the details on the spine!

Looks great. Looks like it never been honed. The spine is really nice and the blade looks huge for the scales.
Can you tell us the size of that blade? Also looks like stainless stell to my uneperienced eyes.

Yes I think so as well but it was less than $50 so I am happy with it. I shall see when it arrives how it really looks.

It does kind of look like your going to have scale problems. The wedge looks like it has been knocked loose. No big deal and other than that it looks like a winner. I like the spine too ! You did good.

Thanks. Yeah I saw the wedge sticking out there and I will see if I can tighten the wedge pin, if not I will replace it as I enjoy restoring razors.
