It all depends on what materials are being used, and how much work that went into it.
That can vary widely from razor to razor.

A custom would be somewhere between say $500 and well over $2500 depending on those factors.

OK So you'er saying I can go ahead and keep dreaming If the low end is $500 then I'm right below "cant afford it" But i ll have something to work up to.

If your looking for one of the finest shavers you can find, it can be very near your current budget, if you want all the bells n whistles for display and eye appeal then that's another matter.
I have a custom that is plain and very affordable but I cannot imagine any blade shaving better than it does.

That's exactly right "the hunt"

When I asked Brian Brown for a quote for the specs I gave him, he said it should fall in the $450 mark.

I just got a fancy boy razor from Robert Williams .. But I'm sure if u asked him for a simple one it will fall in your price range.. He is great to work with
