If your looking for one of the finest shavers you can find, it can be very near your current budget, if you want all the bells n whistles for display and eye appeal then that's another matter.
I have a custom that is plain and very affordable but I cannot imagine any blade shaving better than it does.
Enjoy yourself, the search is half the fun.The value and interest of life is not so much to do conspicuous things.........as to do ordinary things with the perception of their enormous value.

When I asked Brian Brown for a quote for the specs I gave him, he said it should fall in the $450 mark.

I just got a fancy boy razor from Robert Williams .. But I'm sure if u asked him for a simple one it will fall in your price range.. He is great to work with
