I don't plan on buying it but if it is a razor it's very interesting.

Anybody ever seen anything like it or know anything about it?

These are razors made in China and sometimes unscrupulous sellers will try to pawn them off as being from the U.S. colonial period. If you'll do a Google image search for "Chinese razor" you'll see a bunch of them.

What time period though. I didn't think that they were colonial razors but maybe from like africa of something. I don't really know.
