Thanked: 05/8 Baron, Solingen. Anybody have any info?
Hi everyone,
Just received a 5/8 Baron straight razor in the post. Seller said it was shave ready and it does pass the HHT for as much as that counts. It says Baron, Solingen on one side of the tang and made in germany on the other. Has some really nice (IMO) flower detailing on the spine and pretty unusual scales.
Any info on this razor maker would be really appreciated, also any comments welcomed. This is my first (hopefully) useable razor after a pretty disapointing Puma 95 special which may or may not be rescuable due to some pitting on/near the edge that i couldn't see before i purchased it.
