It certainly has a lovely etch. Congratulations. It should clean up and shave well.

I can't find anything on HUDSOR at all.
Wertarbreit translates roughly to high class workmanship OR worth working
Solinger seems to be the name of a razor maker or family of razor makers. Found a lot of listings HERE
Here are some examples of what is in the link for some of the makers marks associated with the name, there were more, but I got tired of cutting and pasting.
Adria (1914, no. 192225): Solinger Industrie- Werke Adrian & Stock KG, Solingen. Registry classes: 9b, 34. Style: italic.
BELSAZAR: Solinger Metallwarenfabrik
ECHT SOLINGEN: Solinger Axt- u. Hauer
Hephaestos (1898, no. 28756): Solinger Schleif- u. Polir-Artikel-Fabrik F.W. Beckmann, Solingen. Registry class: 9b. Style: roman.
INFERNIT (1903, no. 63029): F.W. Beckmann, Solinger Schleif- und Polierartikel-Fabrik, Solingen. Registry class: 9b. Style: block
There is a thread I posted a few weeks back HERE with a lot of links to good research sites. Hope it helps. The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

Trademark "Hudsor" was used by Julius Mandler & Sohn, Solingen-Wald, Oben-Itter-Strasse 27 in 1939.
Also this company used known trademark "Fram".
