'Best' is such a subjective term, but I'm gonna say Vladsch even though he's too busy to hang around with us these days.

I've had restored razors from Joe Chandler, Bill Ellis, and Robert Williams -- I was satisifed with all of them. Not an exact answer to your request, but I don;t think you will go wrong with any of these fellows.
I know there are a few others that do good restorations, but I personally haven't physically seen or held their work.

Gary and Jason (Garythpenman and ToxIk) are both moving up the ranks well themselves. Ilija (FiReSTaRT) even has restoaspirations.
I think they make a salve for that though.

Ooh -- good thing!
The easiest way is probably to PM them right here on SRP. X gave you his two, and here is the info for those that I recommended:
Joe Chandler = Joe Chandler
Robert Williams = Papa Bull
Bill Ellis = visit his website for contact info http://www.billysblades.com

I can´t do this professionally yet. So far I´ve seen Joe´s and Jason´s work and they´re both outstanding. I´d go with one of them, but don´t let my up close and personal ignorance of Gary´s work detract you from going to him.. His stuff looks GREAT on pics and people have been satisfied with his work and then some.

Welcome to the forum. I hope your login problems are resolved... contact me again if not.
It will help if you can post a picture of the razor you want restored. Many of the members here restore razors to one degree or another. Many of them are shy and will hem and haw about their capabilities, but many have done some outstanding work. So depending on what you want/need done, you will find anywhere from many to only a few candidates.
Anyway, if you were to ask that anyone interested in restoring your razor contact you via PM here, I'm sure you'll get some PMs in response from our members.
