Thread: Does anyone know of Rev CJ Howlett razor?

Hi there. Saw this razor a while back and was intrigued. Only inscription on it is Rev CJ Howlett on the blade. Nothing else.

If you could help with any info etc, it would be appreciated.

Also, do you think it would be okay buying this razor, is it restorable?
