Thread: The M.L. Brandt Cutlery Company? Any info on them?

I won one on ebay recently. I haven't received it yet but I was wondering about it. Where was blade forged? Company history? Any good?

Thats about as much as I can find. I couldn't find many posts about these razors.

The M.L. Brandt Cutlery Co. was in business at 84 West Broadway in New York City from about 1911 to 1916. According to Goins' they went through a bankruptcy in 1914. The company later moved to 15 Crosby Street, NYC. Some of their razors were stamped "Blue Steel Razors".
