Great find! Those Filarmonicas are amongst the smoothest shavers I know. They take and hold a fabulous edge. Enjoy.

The fillies are nice but that shoulderless Henckels really caught my eye. It appears to be in near perfect shape you lucky dog, what a great find!

as far as i know the shoulderless henckels is part of a 7 day set (i am still w8-ing to se if i can find the rest() that was a one-off custom job for some surgeon of our a long time ago...the set was never used...and after his death, the set wast taken to an antique shop. the guy i bought this one from owns that antique shop but after promising he'd bring the rest he says he "can't seem to find it" and that i should remember him to look for it...bla bla...maybe he does not have the rest but still it's a great piece....Except for the scales witch i redid badly and i am going to rety doing them in cf...the blade was never used and in near mint condition.

Very lucky find. I don't even want to ask what you paid for them. I will likely then look at my Filis and grind my teeth in distress...

Congratulations on finding two outstanding razors like that though!

Nice. All I find in antique shops in Australia are basic Gillette DE's that the seller wants $50 for.
