Probably just as good or bad as any other currently made TI model. The vendor in the link has done a nice job of honing a couple of razors I had sent him and a vintage razor I bought from him. So if you buy from the link you should be getting a shave ready razor.

Classic Edge is a great place, I have 3 TI's from them, including the Wolf and Sheep in blonde horn.

One of my better shaving razors and Phil puts a great edge on it. You can't go wrong with that one.
