Thanked: 4249Looks to me to be a razor from around 1870, horn scales, brass pin, collars, very typical of Wade and Butcher. From the pictures i believed this razor started as a much bigger blade seems like the heel is smaller and somebody definately removed some meat at the spine.
Not quite sure what happen to the tang area and middle of the backside of the razor where it seems like some chunks of metal are missing. The stabilizer area barely shows its existence, lots of grinding in that area as well.
Interestingly the bevel looks pretty even to me with all that grinding.
