Size: 68.4 KBBought this beautiful razor a while back and just got around to cleaning and honing it. Really smooth shave! Just wondering if anyone had any info on it. I haven't been able to find anything, never seen another one like it.

That is a NICE looking razor. If I remember and/or am not overwhelmed when I get home I can look one the few books that I have.

Hmm, did not find much. My comp is down (on my wifes tablet ATM) so don't have links to any neat pdfs to search. When search for Ocean razor all I get is Art of Shaving Ocean Seaweed adverts. >

I am not sure from the picture if it says Solingen-Ohlug or Ohlig. I have seen some search results come back with names followed by the Solingen-Ohug, and found out that Ohligsberg was a district of Solingen...so either could be true. I am hoping someone with a bit more knowledge will chime in.

don't know anything about the brand, but a serious looker.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
