i have just got a 5/8 world master not as good but not much blade wear but scales must be twisted so has to be guided back to closed can anything be done?

Anyone know what the hatch/dot pattern is on the tang?
My latest razor has it and its not an otto busch. I have also seen other brands with that same marking. I think it is related to razors made in Solingen Wald.
