    Default Straight Razor 8/8

Hi, does anyone know where i can buy an 8/8 blade.
I've been looking and so far only found a Wade & Butcher 8/8 going for £100 on eblay.
That sounds a bit cheap to me.
I love the 7/8 razors . Im desperate to get an 8/8

    Thanks

What about a Mastro Livi? He can make any blade size and, moreover, giving it the design and look you wish.

There are lots of places to get 8/8 razors: Different custom makers, Revisor, Wacker etc. just browse through different vendor's razors.

A 8/8 W&B will most likely go for more than £100 if it's in decent shape.

Another thing to take to consideration when buying off eBay is that it somethimes can be hard to tell the condition, it will need honing, and if you plan on getting it restored that will also add to the cost.

That would be another option…there are many custom makers out there that could create something for you. It all depends on how much you want to spend.

Is revisor a good brand. I'd never heard of them. The scales on them arnt all that.
They are a good price though.
I think the Mastro Livi blades might be a bit to expensive.

Yes, Revisor is a good brand.

Would we recommend it otherwise? Don't think so

Last I checked there are still plenty of NOS 8/8 Henckels Friodur's out there at reasonable prices. Top notch shavers, too.
